Notice to Customers: 2017 - 2018

Dear Customers,

Please note that due to travelling and sourcing parts for the new products between 2017 – 2018 I may not always be able to respond immediately due to lack of mobile phone signal in other parts of the world. Sometimes the phone doesn’t even ring when you try dialling! I wasn’t aware of this until someone told me about it last year. This was due to being in remote locations where the signal can’t get through.

If you need to contact us to place any orders etc. the best way to do so is through the contact form above or by email, because I am usually able to respond within 48 hours. If I’m in the UK, I always answer the mobile - it has been in use for 13 years, so the number isn’t going anywhere!
