What You Get As A Stockist: Exciting, well presented, clear and easy to maintain Point of Sale displays, to keep our products looking attractive to your customers all year round. We don't have the budget to send sales people to annoy you every 5 minutes (which is probably pointless and a waste of your time) and so we prefer to spend our time making our products better and driving the customers to you by using our unique product marketing techniques and viral advertising! You will get put on our map of stockists which our site visitors regularly search and refer to within which you will also get a photo of your premises and display of your details so that customers can contact you directly! You will also get a FREE advertisement for one year on our other affiliated website: My UK Contractor.com, due to be launched shortly. You will also get your supplies from us shipped promptly with clear invoicing and a 30-60 day credit account subject to status. For new stockists, we usually we ask for payment in advance for the first two orders and then you are automatically eligible for a 30 day £250 - £500 credit account (we will decide the limit based on your order requirements). You will also need bright, glossy signage for your store that is UV and water resistant - don't worry, we have that covered as well! We do visit all of our retailers to revamp our displays or meet them at the trade shows and of course we send out free tickets and information to you in case you would like to attend any of these shows. What You Don't Get: You don't get stock that rusts in the bottom of a bucket because we haven't been bothered to present our products properly. You don't get hounded by sales people every day. You don't have faded, crappy displays that are never renewed because we can't afford to renew them. You don't get confusing paperwork or missing items from your orders because products are out of stock. You don't get masses of returns because the customers don't know how to use the products or because we've supplied you with poorly made junk! All of our products are rigorously designed and tested to avoid all of these problems, so that we can just get on with selling the goods - in fact we've never had a return of a single Fencebracket since we began 8 years ago! We do understand however that there may be the odd occasion where something may be genuinely faulty, especially as we develop more and more products, in which case you will be credited the full price you paid us. If you wish to do this PLEASE DO NOT COPY poor quality images off of our website or take your own photos of our products - you have no license to do this and it breaches Copyright and IP law and, when your photos are rubbish it makes our products look rubbish. If you wish to advertise our products on your website WE WILL SUPPLY YOU with professionally taken images of the products which must be shown with our logo on your website. Please contact us and ask for images to be supplied. Other Information & VAT: We are currently not VAT registered and therefore there is no VAT on our invoices. Delivery: We do charge a contribution towards delivery of the goods to you, but generally we try to share and absorb some of the costs to keep our products as competitively priced. Minimum Orders: We don't have minimum orders as such but the way our products are packed at manufacture, your minimum spend is likely to be around £100 in value.
